The South Bay Pioneers is a 501c3 non-profit organization. We are not state or federally funded. The nominal fees we collect for our service are merely an offset of our actual operational costs. We are grateful to be supported by individual members of Alcoholics Anonymous, local businesses in our community and individuals who are appreciative of the work we do.
Truly a grass roots organization, we do pretty well to cover our day to day expenses but must appeal to our community for assistance with major projects. All donations received are tax deductible and greatly appreciated.
Our current campaign is to raise funds for the proper repair and repaving of our parking area. Our facility is frequented by hundreds of folks on a weekly basis who come here to attend 12 step meetings, to share fellowship with other people in recovery and to enjoy the meals we serve.
